Images - Rules of Order:


When ordering a picture - you accept the terms.

1. Before ordering, please contact Wojciech Niemiec, to check the availability of an image or frame.

2. Before ordering available in the gallery or image, you must pay the full cost. Postage is after payment of the work of painting or frame.

3. Before ordering an image on demand, be paid 50% of the image. After completing the work and client approval, should be 50% of the final image.

4. Paintings and frames are not sent for collection.

5. The contract is valid at the time of transfer.

6. In the course of the contract, `that up by mail must be given all the necessary contact details including phone number, which is the address to be sent parcel.

7. All contact details provided by the customer, are not shared with third parties.

8. For the price of the image must be added the cost of transporting the option carefully (the price is determined individually depending on the contract).

9. In the contents of the shipment damage, caused by the post office or courier.

10. We assume no responsibility for the photographs presented on this site. Colors may slightly differ from the actual image or picture frame.


11. It is prohibited to copy and distribute any images from the gallery www.ObrazyOlejne.net. Protect these copyrights.
